Please guide me about investment in statelife phase-1 …i left my comment earlier but no response…i have 40 lac and want to purchase plot there…Please guide

AOA, Dear sir if you have funds ready for the transaction, call CMY @ 0300-400-9967 or 0322-400-9967 and buy in DHA only

I agree with Fahad s in SL 2 I kanal plot file is available at Rs. 7.5 lac to 13 lac with no peny to be paid further. While it cost 15 lac with 1.75 lac transfer charges total 16-17 lac now. When development will start then it will cost approx 10 lac. Total to be paid for 1 kana is Rs. 25-27 lac. There is alot of diff. Now it is upto you that if you want to buy a very gud plot then it wil cost more than SL2.

Thanks for your reply…actually i m interested in State life due to its location…it is near to phase 5 and price is almost half than phase 5….phase 6 is too far and will take almost 10 years to be able to living….State life is ready for construction and living and at the same time location is better than phase6….wot u say…..

State Life phase 1 is a very good option for low budget people due to it very good location. All utilities are available and place is ready to live.
Please also note DHA Lahore phase 6 also is now livable and have 62 families living in it and have over 300 house under construction. In two years from today Insha Allah DHA 6 will be better priced and more sought after than even DHA 5.
