Parkview Villas Lahore Multan Road
During my last visit in Oct/Nov, Parkview Villas were looking quite impressive in its range. A cleaned maintained looking society. Beautiful Masjid was under construction, speedy work was on and the main gate construction work was about to be started as per the admin office. Some houses were under construction also.

Good location 5 marls plots were available at around 1.2 to 1.25 million.

Can CMY confirmswhat is the status now there, the price range and the gate work is started or not.

Society have made main entrance on Multan road much larger. Many new houses under construction and many people now living in their dream homes. Price range is still same as Lahore property is in deep sleep for a while.

Yeah, main entrance was very organized and good but Society had promised to build a grand gate same like DHA parkview. I wanted to confirm ….. had that been started or not.

How do you rate this society as an investment for two years.
