Hi, I have a plot in M2 in lake city Lahore. I am wondering about the future of lake city looking at it as an investment as well as for residential purposes.

When is the ring road southern loop going to start ? is there any website i should have a look at for its development plans ?

In my opinion, after southern loop completion, lake city and societies connected to ring road will become in demand and might yield good results ? do you experience guys think that’s gonna happen ?

What is the overall opinion about the lake city future ? i heard that they are giving keys to 300 Eden houses in march ? will that make any effect.

Sorry for so many unique questions but these are all in my head and i am looking for answers from experienced people in real estate market of Lahore

would appreciate help from Sir CMY and other experienced guys.
