DHA Lahore Phase 8 10 Marla Plots on Installment
I am interested to purchase 10 marla plot in DHA phase-8 on installment. Can some one let me know the following 1- Total price of the plot 2- Down payment 3- Monthly or quarterly installment amount
CMY replied on Tuesday, April 5, 2011 10:42 AM PST 1) Total booking price of 10 Marla is Rs 35.50 lacs buy also pay a profit money to seller. Profit runs 1.25 lacs to 3 lacs depending on location. 2)A seller has paid to date Rs 290000 as down payment plus 4 payments of installment Rs 270000 each so net amount you will pay now is Rs 1370000 and ( The agreed amount of profit plus transfer cost of Rs 98000) 3) In future you will pay 8 more installments of Rs 2.7 lacs every 3 month.
