Dear CMY sahab,

I have read your comment about DHA 9 and i am ready to buy DHA Lahore phase 9 allocation file for one canal or 2 kanal plot, also i want to buy a plot in DHA 7 of 1 kanal. Please suggest me how to proceed. I believe you as an honest person as i cant trust other Realtors.

Riz Khan sahib in last 6 years in business we only won trust of thousands of people and insha Allah we will increase your trust level after dealing with us. I am thankful to you to giving us a chance to serve you.

Here is the best way to make a deal. You should transfer all needed funds to Pakistan in your account or you close relative account. Once all needed funds are ready for making a pay order you should select a plot or file. Send Rs 50000 to one lac as token money to our office located at 98-Y Defence Commercial, DHA Phase 3, Lahore. You will get a receipt for that token money deposit with us and Lahore Real Estate will be responsible for return of your token money if no deal is made. A deal is locked after you agree to plot or file price and date of transfer. You will than give transfer fee amount to LRE and make a pay order for seller for the rest of the amount other than token money already given to seller. Next day you will arrive in DHA office and transfer will be held in DHA head office. If you are Pakistan you will arrive personally and if you are outside of Pakistan buyers relative will come to DHA for transfer on your behalf. A deal from start to transfer is completed in 24 to 48 hours. Transfer it self only takes 30 minutes time.

Please note many people make a mistake. They are outside of this country so they have to trust their relatives to make a deal on their behalf. (((((NOT ALL)))) but in most cases if your father is not the person that is acting on your behalf your other distance relative or friends will cheat you as they believe you pull easy money from trees in other countries and they believe its their God given right to keep a few lacs of your hard money from the deal for giving you a favor to complete this deal or settle any old scores. (((((NOT ALL)))) but in most case we have seen the person you have selected to call us will never call us or give us very hard time as he know we are in good contact with you and wont let him cheat you and he cant make a killing here in this deal. He will try to convince you that you are out side of Pakistan and you dont have good judgment about any property dealers in Pakistan. That person will go to a dealer that can accommodate his share from this deal. Please try to do the deal via your Father/mother or other very close relative only and avoid dealing via friends or distance relatives etc.
