Application forms must be printed on Legal size paper of approximatly 8.5 X 14 inch size. Application form must be signed in original ( No Photo Copy Fax or Computer printed Signatures). All overseas Pakistanis If writing overseas address in form they must make down payment and processing fees in $ only ( You can make one demand draft for both ).Use only DHA Lahore $ to Rs conversion rate of 85.50 for demand drafts or cashiers chacks in $. Each application should have separate pay orders. People writing a Pakistan address can pay money for processing fee and down payment in Rs. You can pay cash or deposit demand drafts in Askari bank in Z block DHA Lahore phase 3. Make one pay orders for both of these. Each application need separate forms and pay orders. Please attach 2 passport size photos. If possible make blue back ground pictures. To have best chance in ballot try your best to apply as early as possible as in last days many applications can get lost in banks or mail or in DHA data entry offices due to tremendous work load. Refunds are made for down payment only and only to mailing address written on applications so be 100% sure you have a correct mailing address. Please make a pay order from any bank and than send completed form with pay order directly to DHA office mailing address or in person. You can also fill form and deposit money directly in selected branches of Askari bank mostly in DHA Lahore and Lahore cant area. I still recommend that you make a pay order and submit application to DHA Lahore head office in Y block DHA Lahore phase 3 to avoid any delay in data entry or refunds etc.
Please keep a copy of pay order and complete application form. If you apply please SMS me your NIC so If possible I could check with DHA Lahore have they got you applications and entered in system properly or not. Also this NIC number will help me on ballot day to find if you are a winner or not and what plot you got etc.

I just got confirmation from DHA Lahore. They said all applications will be scanned and they are asking to submit applications on legal paper size (that is approximately 8.5 X 14 Inches and NOT A4 ).
If you have sent an application on A4 size it will be still submitted but try to follow rule and stay out of trouble and use Legal Paper Size of 8×13 to 8X14 inches.
Pictures of passport size should have blue background to help proper scanning.
Please also note DHA Lahore have informed me no application will be accepted in person. Application will be submitted in banks only and banks will accept cash or pay order and demand draft etc.
Please note forms DHA Lahore office is distributing them self are copied on 8.5 x 13 inches. So you will be ok for size between 8.5×13 to 8.5×14 inch paper
Lahore Real Estate is not going to get or gain any paisa from you or DHA Lahore if you apply or dont apply in these DHA Lahore plots on installment ballot. We are trying our best to assist and help our overseas Pakistani brothers and sisters who cant get these answer any where else.
