Illegal Construction demolished
LAHORE – The Town PlanningIllegal construction Wing of Lahore Development Authority on Tuesday completely demolished a building in Garden Town and sealed another one in Gulberg, which had been constructed in violation of building bye-laws.
Under the supervision of Director Town Planning Sayed Nadeem Akhtar Zaidi, a commercial building, located on the Garden Town Main Boulevard, was knocked down because neither the plot had been got commercialised nor the building plan had been approved by the LDA. The LDA staff also sealed a building on Plot No 13S of Gulberg 2, as the building plan for the commercial construction on a residential plot had not been got approved.
