AOA, I’m looking for expert advice regarding investing 10 million in property. Main goal is to get max rental income based on 10 million RS. So far i have done reasearch and found some properties and result is that max rent with 10 million investment is not more 55,000 rs per month.I like to know from experts what kind of property should i invest. I have these options available: 1- F-10, 1200 sq ft flat for 53 lakh and rental income 29K per month 2- 5 marla house in islamabad around 80 lakh gives you 40k rent 3- shop 300 sq ft in iqbal town for 95 lakh and rent is 44k per month 4- 1400 sq ft office in liberty area for 80 lakh and rental income is 53K 5- 12 marla semi commercial and rent is 50 k from school. Price 11500000 rs 6-700 sq ft E-type flat in capital are selling for 34 Lakh and rent is only 15 k. I like to know which option is better in the long run.

Investment Options Being overseas for long time I came to Know that there are only two options for investment for overseas one is to Buy Plot in some valid dispute free area, or Fix money in some scheme like National savings or Islamic Banks etc. My question is to most of members of Forum that could they find other valid option for investment which is relatively hassel free so that overseas can handle it , if so what had been their experience. Information Request Dear Jameel Sahib. I am looking your replies on this site for some time and I think you have very good knowledge and analysis about property related issues. I need your kind advice for myself. I want to buy a house for myself having following features/facilities. 10 marla house with atleast 3 bed rooms. Area should be neat and clean. Which area will be suitable and what will be approximate price for almost new house (0-5 years old). It should be free from any litigation/legal problems etc. Transfer should be easy and faster. Location (approach) should be good. Wapda town, askari-10 or Askari-11, valancia, PIA or PCSIR-II etc., which will be better. Society should be atleat 20 % populated.
